Akontec · Domestic BPO project · Voice + non-voice

The desk behind every shoot day and every wedding.

Akon Studios runs films, events and talent. Every enquiry, quotation, booking and call sheet behind that work is being handed to one BPO service provider. Ten seats to start, and the desk grows with the production calendar.

SC 01 The project in one minute

A production company's back office, run by your floor.

Akon Studios is a film production, event management and talent company. Its public work is visible; the work behind it is not. Somebody has to pick up the call when a bride's family asks what a two-day wedding film costs, chase the quotation the producer never signed, confirm that the crew knows the 5 a.m. call time, and make sure the client who enquired eleven days ago has not gone quiet.

That desk is now a defined process with a written scope, a CRM, scripts and a quality standard — and Akontec is placing it with one BPO service provider on a two-year term. You hire the people, run the floor and own the delivery. Akontec holds the client relationship, supplies the process design, tooling, training and governance, and pays you monthly against certified productive seats.

It is a comfortable first domestic project for a centre that can hold a conversation. Ticket values are high, call volumes are moderate, and most of the work is coordination rather than cold pressure selling.

SC 03 The honest part

We can give you the project. We cannot give you the result.

Akontec sources the client, designs the process, sets up the technology, trains your team and stands behind you every week of the engagement. What happens after that is decided on your floor — by who you hire, how fast you certify them, how many seats you actually keep filled, and how well the calls are handled.

Two centres running the same project with the same tools and the same training will not earn the same money. That is not a caveat in small print; it is the whole basis of the commercial. Read what we provide and what we do not promise before you spend anything.

No income is guaranteed

The ₹60,000 per seat is a fixed rate against a minimum performance standard — not a guaranteed monthly income. It is payable on certified productive seats, gated on adherence and quality, and it can be reduced or withheld if the standard is not met.

The ₹3,25,000 investment buys setup, tooling, training and documentation. It does not buy a return, and it is not refundable once consumed. Your monthly operating cost — salaries, rent, power, connectivity, supervision — is yours to fund and is not included in it.
