Who can apply for this project.

One provider is selected. The criteria are published so you can decide for yourself, before you spend time on an application, whether this is worth pursuing.

SC 01 Minimum criteria

You must be able to say yes to all of these.

  • A registered entity. Private limited, LLP, partnership or proprietorship, with PAN and a live GST registration in the entity's name.
  • An operating floor. Your own or leased premises with at least 12 usable seats for this project, not a shared coworking desk and not a residence.
  • Twelve months of live process experience running a domestic voice or blended process — or a promoter with three or more years in BPO operations who will be personally on the floor.
  • Hiring capacity. You can put 12 trained-and-certified people on seat within 21 days of award, in Chennai or another South Indian city with the required language mix.
  • Language. Fluent conversational English and Tamil on every seat. Hindi on at least three seats. Written English good enough to send a quotation covering note without it being embarrassing.
  • Working capital. Funds to cover the setup investment and at least two months of your own running cost before the first payout cycle completes.
  • Clean record. No blacklisting by a client or platform, no unresolved data misuse allegation, no pending criminal proceeding against the promoters.
  • Willingness to be measured. QA access to call recordings, screen monitoring on request, and a weekly governance call are conditions, not negotiations.
  • Willingness to sign. MSA, NDA, Statement of Work, Rate Annexure, Data Protection Addendum and a 24-month non-circumvention undertaking.

SC 03 Not a fit

Please do not apply if this is you.

Saying this plainly saves both of us a fortnight. Every one of these has come through as an application before and none of them has ever worked out.

  • You are an individual looking for work-from-home income or a job. This is a business-to-business outsourcing contract with a registered company.
  • You want a guaranteed monthly income regardless of output. That is not what this is, and we would rather lose the application than mislead you.
  • You intend to sublet the process to another centre or split it across sites without written approval.
  • You cannot fund your own salaries for the first two months.
  • You want to negotiate away call recording, QA access or the weekly governance call.
  • You are looking for a franchise, a distributorship, or a returns-based investment. None of those words describe this project.
  • Your plan is to start with three seats and see how it goes. Ten is the minimum viable desk for this scope; a smaller desk cannot hold the SLA.
