During the ramp — day 1 to day 45 — the gate is not applied and the full rate is payable on certified productive seats, so a normal ramp does not cost you money.

This is arithmetic, not a projection. Nothing here is a forecast of what you will earn, and it deliberately excludes GST and TDS.
Include salary, statutory, rent, power, connectivity, dialler, supervision and consumables.
Read this before you take the number seriously
The modeller assumes your seats are filled, certified and adherent for a full month. In practice month one carries hiring, training and attrition; seat fill below 80% and adherence below 95% both bite. A desk that runs at 7 productive seats instead of 10, at 90% payable under the gate, earns ₹3,78,000 against the same ₹3,20,000 of cost — which is a very different business from the number above.
Model your downside before your upside. If the desk does not work at 7 seats and 90% payable, do not sign for 10.
Billing cycle and cash flow.

Plan for a cash gap of roughly 45 days between paying your first month's salaries and receiving your first payout. This is the most common reason a new centre gets into trouble on its first placement, and it is entirely avoidable with planning.
