No. It is a business-to-business outsourcing placement. You need a registered company, an operating floor and the ability to employ and pay a team. Individuals cannot apply.
No. It is a fixed rate per certified productive seat against a minimum performance standard. It is gated on adherence and quality from day 45, and can be reduced to 90% or 75%, or held for joint review, if the standard is not met.
The ₹25,000 performance deposit is refundable at a clean exit after the lock-in, or adjusted against your final invoice. The remaining ₹3,00,000 pays for onboarding, technology setup, training and documentation, and is not refundable once consumed.
No. Ten seats is the minimum viable desk for this scope — the SLA on inbound response and event-day coordination cannot be held on a smaller team.
Fifteen working days from award if you move quickly on hiring. Most delays come from the centre's own recruitment, not from provisioning.
You do. They are your employees on your payroll. Akontec has no employment relationship with your team and does not fund salaries, statutory contributions or your recruitment cost.
You are paid on monthly average productive seats to one decimal place, so you are paid for what you actually run. Persistent under-fill below 70% of committed seats is a review event.
Yes. Telephony, connectivity, power and workstations are yours. Akontec provisions the CRM, WhatsApp API, reporting and integrations, and will help configure your dialler against them.
Not on this project. The ₹60,000 is inclusive of incentives, which keeps your cash flow predictable and removes any dispute about attribution on a long sales cycle.
They will be handling enquiries, coordinating quotations and following up — not cold calling from purchased lists and not closing deals on the phone. Hire for conversation and diligence, not for aggressive pitching.
English and Tamil on every seat, Hindi on at least three. Written English needs to be good enough to send a covering note with a quotation.
Month closes, productive seats are reconciled jointly in working days 1–3, you invoice on day 4, and payment is made within 15 working days of a clean invoice. Plan for roughly a 45-day gap between your first salary payout and your first receipt.
Yes, on separate seats with separate logins, provided data segregation is maintained and no competing media, events or talent business is run from the same floor without written consent.
You receive 60 days' written notice on a staffed reduction or exit, along with a transition plan. Akontec offers first refusal on its next comparable domestic placement, though a replacement project is not guaranteed.
Yes. Ask during qualification and we will arrange a call with a delivery manager and, subject to their consent, an existing service provider.
We will tell you which sections cost you the points. Most centres that fix infrastructure or supervision gaps qualify on a later project.
